Creates an instance of CarouselViewSettings.

Remarks

The XamCarouselPanel and XamCarouselListBox will automatically create an instance of this class when their repsective ViewSettings properties are accessed. You can also create one manually and assign it to the ViewSettings property of one or more instances of these controls if needed.
