ProcessMouseLeftButtonDown Method (SelectionStrategySingle)

OnMouseDown handler that takes a third parameter that specifies whether we are forcing a drag or not. SelectionStrategySingleAutoDrag passes true to this.

The selectable item that the mouse is over (may be null) ISelectableItem
