BeginGeneration(ScrollDirection) Method

Called at the beginning of the generation process.

Parameters

scrollDirection

Relative to the last generation to let the generator optimize the recycling logic.

Remarks

This method is usually called at the beginnning of a RecyclingItemsPanel derived class's MeasureOverride logic. This is normally followed by one or more StartAt(GeneratorPosition,GeneratorDirection,Boolean)%M:Infragistics.Windows.Virtualization.RecyclingItemContainerGenerator.GenerateNext(System.Boolean@)% loops to generate all 'active' containers. Finally, the EndGeneration method is called at the end of the measure logic.
