ItemDoubleClick Event

Occurs after an UltraExplorerBarItem has been double-clicked. Only applies to UltraExplorerBarItems with a style of '2 - StateButton'.
Syntax
'Declaration

Public Event ItemDoubleClick As ItemDoubleClickEventHandler
public event ItemDoubleClickEventHandler ItemDoubleClick
Event Data

The event handler receives an argument of type ItemEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following ItemEventArgs properties provide information specific to this event.

PropertyDescription
Item Read-only property that returns the UltraExplorerBarItem associated with the ItemEventArgs.
Remarks

If a StateButton style UltraExplorerBarItem starts out in the up position, then double clicking makes it behave like a Button style UltraExplorerBarItem i.e., it depresses and then returns to the up position. In this scenario 2 sets of ItemCheckStateChanging and ItemCheckStateChanged events will be fired and then an ItemDoubleClick event.

If a StateButton style UltraExplorerBarItem starts out in the down position, then double-clicking brings it to the up position. Since there is only 1 visible state change in this scenario (i.e., down to up) 1 set of ItemCheckStateChanging and ItemCheckStateChanged events will be fired and then an ItemDoubleClick event.

Example
The following code shows how to process the ItemDoubleClick event.

For an overview of how to handle events in Visual Basic or Visual C#, see Event Handlers in Visual Basic and Visual C#. For specific information and code examples illustrating how to consume events in your application, see Consuming Events in the .NET Framework Developer's Guide.
