This event is generated after a tool enters edit mode.
The BeforeToolEnterEditMode event is generated before a tool enters edit mode.
The AfterToolEnterEditMode event is generated after a tool has entered edit mode.
The BeforeToolExitEditMode event is generated before a tool leaves edit mode.
The AfterToolExitEditMode event is generated after a tool has exited edit mode.
Note: This event has meaning for only certain tools such as the TextBoxTool, ComboBoxTool, FontListTool and so on. Tools that do not provide an interface for editing a value will not need to use this event.
