Returns/sets the direction used to evaluate
SkewAngleYEffectStops. The default is
EffectStopDirection.UseItemPath.
In the following example, the ability to control the vertical skew has been used to ensure that items are skewed along the default circular path. The skewing is enabled by setting the UseSkewing to true and then providing SkewAngleYEffectStop values for the SkewAngleYEffectStops property. Since the SkewAngleYEffectStops is set to UseItemPath, the Offsets are based upon the position of the items along the path. As such, an Offset of 0.5 is half way along the path provided.
